Henry Edward Johnson Sr.'s father was Chris Jensen who was brought over from Denmark by the Mormans. Chris quit the Mormans and went to Omaha. Getting his mail mixed up with another Chris Jensen there, he renamed himself Chris Johnson and raised his family under that name-JOHNSON.

Henry and Lovina's son Henry E. Johnson Jr. went back to the true name of Jensen. [Henry E. Jensen]

Henry married Lovina Rosalie Swaim, daughter of Charles Columbus Swaim and Nancy Berthena Ricketts, on 1 Feb 1907 in Lost Cabin, Wyoming.³⁹⁶ The marriage ended in divorce. (Lovina Rosalie Swaim was born on 20 Dec 1890 in Wells Co., Indiana and died on 17 Dec 1987 in Lysite, Wyoming.)
