Clair A. Lieurance, 70, Died In Florida
Clair A. Lieurance, 70, a Warren native died at Sebring, Fla. suddenly at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Walker Memorial Hospital in Avon Park, Fla.
The funeral services were held at the Elzey-Dickey-Haggard Home for funerals at Waynedale at 2 p.m. Saturday at Lindenwood Cemetery in Fort Wayne, where interment was held.
Born Aug. 28, 1907, he was a son of James and Leora Wolfgang Lieurance. His marriage was to June Huffman, who survives.
Mr. Lieurance was a retired employee of the General Electric Co. at Fort Wayne.
Claire married June Lavelle Huffman, daughter of Charles Melville Huffman and Margaret Elizabeth Boxell, on 28 Aug 1942 in Hartford City, IN..70 (June Lavelle Huffman was born on 30 Jun 1909 in Huntington County, Indiana 70 and died on 25 May 1984 in Ashley, MI. 70.)
