Obituary - Huntington, IN. Herald-Press - Friday, June 5, 1959 Mrs. Ethel Huffman, 66, resident in the Warren Community of Liberty Township, Wells County, died at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the Wells County Hospital, Bluffton. She had been in failing health a year of heart ailment. Mrs. Huffman was born March 16, 1893 to William and Anabelle Smith McClerry in Wells County and spent her life there. A son, Glenn M. Huffman and a grandchild survive at Fort Wayne, and there are two sisters, Mrs. Hazel Dickerson, Poneto route one, and Mrs. Maude Hupp, Liberty Center. A daughter is dead. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Friday in the H. Brown and Son Funeral Home where services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Delmar Harrold, Mt. Zion officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn at Warren.
Ethel Huffman Final Services Conducted Funeral services for Ethel Huffman were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the H. Brown and Son Funeral Home at Warren. The Rev. Delmar Harrold officiated. Organist was Miss Mary Wilhelm. Pallbearers included Claude Sills, Floyd Grover, Ray Hunnicutt, Everett Mendenhall, Jesse Miller and William Zent. Burial was at Woodlawn Cemetery.
Ethel married Glenn Huffman, son of William Allison Huffman and Anetta "Neta" Roll, on 27 Jul 1914 in Wells County, IN.70 (Glenn Huffman was born WFT Est 1888-1902 70 and died WFT Est 1920-1987 70.)
