• He served in the military Fought in 1st World War. Frank enlisted & went to the 1st World War, where he was known to have shell shock, was sent to New Norfolk where he lived the rest of his life there.

Frank married Jane Munro Donaldson Dowde, daughter of Daniel Dowde and Janet Donaldson Moir, on 16 Feb 1921 in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia.
