She worked as a servant to a clergyman in 11 Tufton Street, Westminster, London, England. Apparently a lady at the workhouse took a shine to her and found her employment in service with a clergyman assumed to be in the vicarage for St Margaret's Church Josephine married Charles Galley about 1933. (Charles Galley was born Est 1883 in England and died in 1962 in England.)
They emigrated to West Wyalong, New South Wales, Australia in 1924. West Wyalong is 500 km west of Sidney Josephine next married William Hughes in 1945. (William Hughes was born Est 1893 and died in 1960-1969.) |
