And the Court having heard the testimony taken in open Court, in support of said Bill of Complaint (a certificate of which evidence is filed herein), and now being fully advised in the premises, doth find that it has jurisdiction of the parties hereto and the subject matter herof; that the complainant is and since prior to the filing of said Bill of Complaint has been an actual resident of Cook County, and has been a residento f the State of Illinois for over one whole year next before the filing of the Bill of Complaint herein; that the parties hereto were lawfully joined in marriage on the 22nd day of February 1921 at Barttlesville, OK; that subsequent to their intermarriage the defendant has been guilty of extreme and repeated cruelty toward the complainant Daisey Snook as charged in the Complainant's Bill of Complaint.

On motion of said solicitor for the Complainant, it is therefore ordered, adjuged and decreed, and this Court by virtue of the power and authority therein vested, and the statue in such case made and profided, doth order, adjudge and decree, that the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between the Complainant Daisey Snook and the Defendant Millard Snook be and the same are hereby dissolved, and the same are dissolved accordingly.

The Court furuther finds that as a result of said marriage one child, Bettie Jeane Snook, a daughter, now a minor, was born on November 17th, 1922, and she is now living with complainant; that the defendant, Millard Snook, is not a fit person to have the care and custody of said child.

It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed that the said Daisey Snook have and she is hereby given the care, custody and control of the said minor child, Bettie Jeanne Snook, until the further order of this court.

That the defendant Millard Snook, pay the complainant from and after the entry of this decree the sum of Ten dollars each week for the support of said minor child, Bettie Jeane Snook, until the further order of the court.
