James Denman Dies
James Ward Denman, Sr., 68, 311 Riverside Drive, Huntington, died at 9:30 p.m. Sunday in Huntington Memorial Hospital.
A lifeling resident of Huntington County, Mr. Denman was a retired employee of the Kitchen Maid Corporation, Andrews.
He was born March 6, 1906 to Watson Hayward and Della Huffman Denman.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Martha Pollock, Huntington and Mrs. Keith (Imogene) Gilbert, Andrews; a son, James W. Denman, Jr., Huntington: 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Walter (Mary) Thiedie, Duluth, Minn. and Mrs. Verlin (Alice) Elzroth, Wabash, and a brother, Edward Peffley, Elkhart.
The funeral services were held at the H. Brown and Son Funeral Home, Warren, Wednesday at 10 a.m. with brother Marvin Keane officiating.
