Obituary - Huntington, IN. Herald-Press - Friday, June 22, 1928
Watson Hayward, fifty-seven, who lived east of Warren, died Friday morning at the Fort Wayne Lutheran Hospital where he had been taken for treatment.
Surviving is the widow and two foster-children, Ward and Alice Hayward. Sisters who survive include, Mrs. William Thurston and Mrs. Frank Baker, both of Warren.
Mr. Hayward was a member of the Church of the Brethern at Sugar Grove.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the First Christian church at Warren. The Rev. I. I. Burrsy and the Rev. Young, both of Loon Creek, will officiate. Music will be furnished by the Lancaster Church of the Brethern quartet. Burial will be at the Woodlawn Cemetery.
