Ora E. Huffman Dies
Ora E. Huffman, 72, a native of Liberty Township, Wells County, died at Sarasota, Fla. of a heart attack Wednesday afternoon while at the home of a daughter.
The funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Glen Park Baptist Church in Gary with burial in Gary.
Mr. Huffman was a childhood resident of Liberty Twp., but spent the major portion of his life in Gary prior to moving to Sarasota, Fla.
He was the son of the late Frank and Alma Wright Huffman.
Surviving are his wife, Marie, a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Ruth Ann) Bowie, Gary, Ind., and another daughter, Mrs. Donald (Lois) Mills of Ohio; two sons, Rev. George Huffman of Valparaiso and Joseph Huffman of Virginia.
The Gelsen Funeral Home in Merrillville was in charge of arrangements.
