Obituary - Huntington, IN. Herald-Press - Monday, March 6, 1939
Warren, March 6. - Sarah E. Huffman, aged 88, died at 9 p.m. Saturday at the home of a son, Charles Huffman, three miles east of Warren. She had been ailing for about five weeks.
Mrs. Huffman was born November 2, 1850, to William and Charity Payne and was married to John Huffman November 28, 1870. Mr. Huffman died July 1, 1905
The only survivor is the son, Charles, at whose home she died. Two sons, Austin and Frank Huffman are deceased. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove Brethren church.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Warren Congregational church with the Rev. C. R. Duncan officiating. Burial will be in the Woodlawn cemetery in Warren.
